Sounds like blown fuse for accessories , look in owners manual , should have a fuse location and fuse location map , i have noticed a lot of fuses blown because of cell phone chargers

might be able to order through dealer , also a repair shop that has Mitchel on demand or Alldata might be able to copy fuse location and location maps , if you have a test light and feel comfortable , turn key on , engine off and test all fuses , on both ends of each fuse , some fuses are for lights or brakes that must be turned on to light tester

You likely have a blown fuse. I have heard using the cigarette lighter for charging your cell phone can blow the fuse - was told to use the charger inside the center console for charging my cell phone.

Dash and Interior Lights = no manul

i would start by checking each fuse in fuse box,[both sides of fuse] with test light 12 volt,[usually there is a metal spot on both sides of fuse that you can check with test light,or volt meter with metal probe on end of test lead wire].

Lighter plug wont work no blown fuse

sometimes there is a seperate fuse for just the lighter in the wiring behind the lighter socket you will have to either remove the socket or find the wiring under the dash to see if their is a fuse and replace it if it is worn or even possibly the connections to the socket have worn or become disconnected
