I'm guessing you're looking at the panel in the engine compartment because the fuse panel inside the vehicle doesn't have any relays in it. I didn't see and relay for a fan but there was a fuse I believe. This should be in your owners manual if you have one. If you son't and would like a copy, you can email me at firstname.lastname@example.org with your make, model and year and I will be happy to email you a copy. I hope this help and good kuck.
The fuse for the fuel pump is located in the power distribution box/fuse box located in the engine compartment. It is in the number 14 position and should be a 20 amp fuse (see picture below of the fuse layout). Also, I don't know if you have checked this or not but there is a fuel pump cut off switch located in the trunk of the vehicle. I gave you a picture of its location in the second picture below. This should all be in your owners manual if you have one. If you do not and would like a copy, you can email me at email@example.com with your make, model and year and I will be happy to email you a copy. I hope this helps you and good luck.
Do you have the owners manual, the fuse box diagrams are in there, if you don't have the owners manual go to this web address for a pdf copy of your owners manual, the fuse information is in the section called "Roadside Emergencies"
try autozone.com to see if they have your car listed for diagrams pictures and step by step instructions if your car is not listed then try your local library they have all the car manuals and even copy them for you
