Question about 2002 Honda Civic

Civic won't start

My 02 civic won't start. only hazard lights and horn works. no light, just nothing else works. battery is new and charged. i think it could be a fuse, ignition switch or maybe even the starter. any suggestions?

need to check the charging system..when a car sits for a long time the battery should be disconnected or compl, etely removed..sounds like operating voltage is too low check the alternator for stuck brushes or malfunctioning regulator..should show around 14.5 -16 volts..

New battery but car still won't start also it really cold outside

First you should check the wire to the starter. If the horn or lights work but nothing hjappens when you start starter or starter solenoid is bad. I hope this helps you.
