Question about 1998 Chevrolet Metro
Had a problem with my 98, engine stops rigth after i turn it on, i have clean the carburator, or injector, I pulled the gas tank out and cleaned it, no firiring problems, it seems that not enough gas, or injector not working correctly, before the engine would stall, but never stopped, now the engine stops right after it starts. thanks
Is your check engine light on? If so, have it read from a neighborhood store (i.e. Checker, Autozone), they tend to do it for free. That will give you the reading on what it is. You may also want to take a look at your MAS air flow sensor. It will allow you to start your vehicle but will tell the engine that it is gasping for air and will shut down. (That is usually connected right after your air filter)
