I'll have to leave this for someone that owns an F250... there seems to be about 4 different ways to mount them.... and i always have a problem doing them.

If I knew the year of your truck I would have included lenths in my answer... Don't just go by lengths though - when buying windshield wiper blades be sure to always use the application guide book at the store or now-a-days you can Google 'lookup wiper size'.

You want to look this up because correct wiper fit is more than correct length, it's also proper attachement. Not all attachments fit all arms. Using the application guide or looking up wiper size online will avoid headaches of buying the right lengths with the wrong attachements.

The replacement wiper blades will come with step-by-step, illustrated instructions and once you have the instructions and the wiper blades/arms in your hands in front of you, it will all make better sense and will an easy maintenance task. Its a very simple snap-off/snap on process and takes 5-15 minutes usually not requiring any tools. If in your budget, upgrade to the newer-style frameless "beam blades" which perform better than conventional framed wipers. I use Trico NeoForm Beam Blades which are fantastic. Hope this helps!

Lift the wipers to their "up" position. at the base you will see a small clip, lift up on this clip and let the wiper down slowly while holding out the clip. the wiper will not go all the way down, in this position pull up on the base and the wiper should come free.

How to replace a 99 se Bonneville windshield wiper motor

Windshield wiper motors are generally easy to replace. You need to remove the windshield wipers and take off the small grill panel above the hood and under the windshield. You should see the motor in there. It simply unbolts and unplug the electrical connector and replace it with a new one.

How to replace a front windshield wiper motor?

You need to pop your hood up, remove your windshield wiper arms but make sure you mark the position of the arms marking on the arm and arm attachment for re-installation alignment, Remove rubber seal and plastic screws (Phillips head), remove windshield wiper water line from left side, then carefully remove plastic cowl. Under neath will be your wiper arms and motor. You can remove all 8 mm bolts and then remove whole plastic cowl and deatach the wiper motor. Installation is in reverse order of removal.

Windshield motor

The wiper linkage s almost always held on to the motor with a nut on the windshield side. If you can't move the motor around enough to get at it then you will have to take off the grill or cowl on top of it. There should be screws in the end facing the hood. Undo them and it should come off. Then you can undo the nut. Hope this helps.
