Use a test light to check for power do this where you plug in your bulb is no power then trace wires testing in the wires periodically to check for broken wires if everything checks out fine next check the fog light switch.

Hi, if you finf your car fuse bos only way is to test them one one. If you find one not bring light tester on pull out and check it. On th fog light is plug connection check if is power on that wires. if not something wrong with your switch doesn't open circuit to the plug wire for the fog light.

it sounds like the wiring is all wrong as if its a bad earth on the car after he wired the fog lights maybe you should check and see if there is any wires hanging down underneath the bonnet that have been stripped back or see if there is and loose wires on the back of your lights or fuse board if you dont find any problems there take out the radio in the car i find that most problems to do with bad wiring or electrical problems in cars is to do with bad wiring on a radio i.e not having been installed proberly. hopes this helps
