Has p0300 code misfire cyl 2 and 3

If it was just cylinder 2 or 3, the code would be 0302 or 0303. Instead, you have random misfires (probably) such that you should be checking things that affect the whole engine. Vacuum leaks, bad plug wires, bad coil(s) or ignition module are most likely, but even clogged exhaust, O2 sensors and bad battery can cause these problems. Yes, a battery can be good enough to start your car but still be bad enough to affect performance. If I had to guess, I would start by testing the ignition module. Most parts stores can test this if you remove it and carry it to them.

check the injector for that cylinder as the electrics is not the only thing to cause a misfire.. Put the injector in another cylinder and see if the misfire has moved

1998 chevy blazer - replaced the distributor cap 4x because of loss of power/misfire when accelerating. Post for plug #6 at cap is always discolored when truck runs bad - replacing cap corrects the problem...

It sounds like you have the old carbon filled spark plug wires on your blazer instead of the wire ones. If I am right, then the #6 plug wire needs replaced. If not that, then go to the better spark plugs when you change them AND make sure you take a good look at the #6 plug closely to find out if you are getting either a carbon build up (which the better hotter plugs would correct) or if it is oily which might mean #6 cylinder is going to need a ring job.

I have a 1998 chevy blazer. When u crank it it sputters when it idles,and is slow when u take off. one of the plug wires feels like it has a burn on the cassing. Is that the most likely the reason for the...

Could defintiley be. check by unplugging spark plug wires at the plugs while the engine is running to see if there is any change. if you find one that nothing happens when you take take off the wire, then that cylinder is misfiring.
to confirm its a bad wire, find a spare spark plug, disconnect the suspected broken wire from the plug in the engine, hook it to the spare plug out of the engine and crank the motor over (only for a few seconds) and see if your spark plug thats out of the engine lights up. if not you will need a new wire or spark plug.
If it is lighting up, then its air/fuel fuel issue.

My 2005 Chevy Equinox LT has a number 1 cylinder misfire. I already had the spark plugs and wires changed. I also had the coil changed and it still misfires. I checked it with my OB2 computer, and it reads...

Have you done a compression check? I had the same problem on an S-10 Chevy pick up. Found that # 3 cylinder had low compression due to a burnt exhaust valve. No more problems after having valve job done on the engine.

If you already replaced the wires, I would suggest replacing the plugs, distributor cap and rotor. They are also very important parts of the spark. Fuel injector problems can also cause misfires.

I have a missed fire on cylinder 1 on my toyota tercel 1998. What can i do to solve my problem. I have change all the plugs in it

First step would be to change the plug wires as well, if you haven't already. If the misfire is still there, there are only 3 possibilities, 2 of which you should hope for. The first step would be to swap the position of the 2 coils. If the misfire moves to cylinder 2 or 3, there's your problem, a bad coil. Easy fix. Not necessarily cheap, but easy. If the misfire is still in the #1 cylinder, however, then you should swap the #1 fuel injector with one from another cylinder. If the misfire moves, then THAT's the problem. Another easy, albeit not necessarily inexpensive fix. (parts for these cars can be a bit pricey). Finally, if the misfire is still there, then chances are it is a result of something mechanical inside the combustion chamber, i.e. a burned valve or piston. A compression test would confirm this. This is the one you don't want.

ignition mod. grounds,pcm or timing belt could all be it but, I would have to look at timing first.
