Re: a diagram to replace the window motor in a 1998...
The motor should be a plug type motor. If you remove the motor you should have to remove two or three bolts. unplug the motor, then plug the new motor back in and rebolt it . just make sure to align the rail system or you will have the motor go up and bust your window

it would be quite difficult to send an entire wiring diagram over the web. you could pay for a short peroid of use for the extensive coverage of your car at the web site for mitchell online.it may be easier to remove the door panel and locate the wires going to the window door motor and hot wire the motor to se if it works.if not replace the motor.if it does work connect a volt meter to the wires of the same color at the switch.
Make sure window is all the way up.Removing the door panel and the sticky stuff behind panel.Then you'll see the bolts that hold the motor on.Remove the bolts and unplug the motor then you have rotate the motor a little inside the door to get to the bolt or clip that connects the motor to the track assembly.Then wiggle her right on out.Good luck!!
