Could be the motor or a relay for the auto down in the switch. my first thought is the motor though on a 02. Maybe if you take your fist and beat on the lower front part of the door panel while pushing the switch to raise the window you could jar the motor and it will go up.

Window wont raise

If its automatic, and all other windows raise with the button panel on the drivers door, then your problem is the motor within the door that raises or lowers the window. Easy quick fix.

If manual, the window probably got stuck and is jammed up within the door and needs to be bumped or put back on the track.

I have a 2007 Ford Explorer Sport Trac Limited and the back window is stuck in the down position......it is -17 where I live......The motor is running but maybe window is off the track......Any help would...

You most likely will need to replace the whole track assembly. It is fairly easy to do, however getting to it is the chore. A new assembly runs around $100. The new design is a better design, and it runs quieter.

Driver side window is not in the front weather stripping

The bottom of the window sits in a track which is the top of the mechanism which raises and lowers it. I would take it to an auto glass shop and have them pull the interior panel and show you what is wrong with it. If it has come off of the track, they can fix it
as they will have all the fasteners.

Drivers and passengers windows off track

Problem is in the door and with the window regulators. Auto glass repair shop is recommended.. The glas may come loose from the regulator requiring some minor repairs to regulator.
