Hello, It sounds as if your cutlass has a stopped up heater core, not completely but highly restricted. Remove both hoses and see if you can take a water hose and flush it out. Thank you

What makes the fuel pump not kick on on a 92 Oldsmobile Cutlass

There is a red wire close to the battery in the front. It's not connected to anything. Apply positive voltage and that will run your pump for testing purposes.

If i remove the thermostat from my 92 cutlass ciera in the summer will it keep it cool during the hot weather

No & you may not have proper control
over the fuel injection
Your living back in the 1950's
The motor will run too cool for the computer
to do it's job.
Engine coolant has to be at 205 to 210 all
year round & you have to have a thermostat
for that to happen.

How do i install a ignition model into a 92 Cutlass Ciera

On v-6 it is in the front, tight working area. unplug wiring, remove spark plug wires(mark them for proper order for assembly) unbolt from engine coil packs and remove module, install module(with a little diealetric) and reverse for install.
