They should bother have one end connected to tubes on the firewall, and the other ends will connect to the intake manifold, and one to the water pump

My hearter won't blow hot just cold and the blower does blow any ideas

Heater core is clogged, heater core valve is stuck closed, air pocket in heater hose circuit.

When i turn on the hearter there is no heat all the blower is working but no heat at all

Is coolant level OK? if so could be a bad thermostat. check the heater hoses from engine to heater core. they should be both hot at operating temperature. if one is and one is not then it would indicate a restriction in the heater core. if the lines are not hot then try the thermostat.let me know how you make out.

I need instructions on how to bypass a hearter core in a 98 grand am GT. 3.1L

Connect the hoses that go to the firewall-this will bypass the core until you can replace it and can be done with a 5/8" pipe and a couple of clanps.

Its leeking water out of a hose and cant see what the hoese goes to

is it water or coolant? aside from the upper and lower radiator hoses the only other hose carrying coolant is the hearter hose that goes to the heater core.inside the firewall. if it is leaking at the heater core. or the core itself is leaking this is a major job. as the heater core must be removed and tested.

1989 chevy hearter coral needs holes..how to repair?

In the engine bay on the passenger side against the firewall. Follow that which should lead to 2 nipple fittings or 2 tubes where the hoses connect to the engine. Replace the hoses when you replace the heater core. If you try to replace the hoses later, you may break the fittings at the heater core because they have minimal flexibility.**Please rate me on this answer**
