this may sound crazy but change the bulbs in the light that is up by spoiler and im sure the lights in dash will go off. the dash light and the rear spoiler light use the same ground. let me no if it worked or not.
if the fuse continues to go bad, take your tail lights out one at a time and look at them closely to make sure a filament isnt broke, and connecting with the other, also check the sockets the lights go in.. im pretty sure you will find something with the rear lights..
Only a guess but it would seem that is your check engine light... drop by an autozone and have the scan the codes (free) and let us know what they were ... or they will tell you what they mean sometimes.
