SOURCE: heater fuse keeps blowing
The brushes and armature are worn on blower motor drawing too many amps. You need a new one. they are easy to put in since the plastic inner fender flexes.

I have a 96 Intrepid, and none of the signal lights work. I tried replacing the fuse, but this did not remedy the problem. Could this be a loose connection?

SOURCE: Blower motor fuse keeps blowing
Ensure you are inserting the right rating (A) and check for a short circuit, check that the motor works first by measuring with Ohmmeter, then connect it directly to the battery. You can even measure the power with an Ampermeter and determine the proper fuse, or use I(in A) = U(in V)/R(in Ohm). Suitable multimeters with up to 20A DC measuring should be available for less than 15-20EUR, at least this is the price here. Mine is M890G and imo the investment is worth.
