Question about 2004 Chevrolet Suburban
My 2004 gmc suburban fully loaded is at the dealership right now and I am furious. My truck has 83,000 miles and i live in Indiana with no hills around. After a trip to Norht Carolina in 2007 My transmission went out and had to be replaced. the dealership replaced it and 2 days ago my transmission light came on and I slowly waited for the light to go off and dropped it off at the dealership. For some reason they dont think this is their problem. This wil be transmsission #2. Ive had to replace my battery and my heat in the driver seat has a mind of its own and many times will not stop heating my seat and my leather seat has started to rip. I have never missed an oil change and yesterday once again my onstar report tells me everything is fine just as it did in 2007. I am a taxi mom and drive kids everyday. Has anyone had any of these problems and do I have any case to fight with the dealership. Help! Thank you for you service, Linda Also my window are always frozen shut and it takes quite awhile for them to open.
Yes you do have an argument with the dealer as a trans should last a life time if cared for properly
