I reccomend the correct tools, I did this myself without specialty tools and spent nearly an entire day trying to depress the tabs on each side of it to get it to slide out. There are tabs on the inside of each corner behind the faceplate that are quite hard to get to

I had to remove the glove box and reach across, and (after removing the climate control panel in the middle) reach up through the climate control panel opening. Then alternatingly depressed the tabs with my finger and assorted tools while working it foward. All in all a HUGE pain and my fingers were nearly bleeding and sore when it was all said and done.

This being said it is doable, just have time an patients for it.

If it is like my '95 and '96 then you will need the DIN removal tool.
Should have 2 small square holes on either side. If it is an after-market device you would need the instructions for the device.

How do I remove a dashboard in a 1993 F-150 XLT to replace the stereo?

You do not need to remove the dashboard in your truck to replace the stereo. All you need to do is remove the radio. This is done by going down to your local auto parts store and buying a set of ford radio removal tools. They look like u-bolts with a nipple at the end on both sides. There is two of them to remove the radio. You simply press them in on the radio, you will see four holes on the radio, that's where they press in.Then you push them in till they "click", then pull the u bolts towards the sides and pull the radio out.Disconnect your antenna and power leads and you can install your new radio.I hope I couldhelp

Can 1985 f-150 tailgate fit on a 1990 f-150

Probably will. The models really changed significantly in 1993. Models for 1984 to 1992 were pretty much the same. Suggest you measure everything on both to make sure. They are not hard to remover/replace.

How do you replace the parking light bulb (front left) on 1993 Ford F-150.

There are two screws and two nuts that hold the lighting unit in place. The screws are at the top. The two nuts are 11mm and located at each bottom corner. You can see the nuts from underneath the truck, but they are accessed from the top.

Change radio in 2005 F150

Well you need to remove the center instrument panel then disconnect the connectors behind it then remove the 4 screws that hold the radio in and unplug the connectors behind it. You might have to take your truck to the dealer to get your radio programmed to your truck that is right around the year that was one of the procedures. So if you change your radio and things in your truck start acting goofy and the radio doesn't work cantact your local Ford dealer with that question. Good luck.
