Question about 1997 Volvo 850
It is still hooked up to the battery because it makes the grgrgrgr noise but it never actually starts. What could've been done to my car to make it so that it doesn't start?
Reinstall the fuel pump relay (located under the hood on the cowl panel) If that is still there, then check the fuel injector fuses. Next remove the distributor cap, and make sure it still has a rotor button. FYI, it is either ignition or fuel or both.

You have a bad CV joint ... get it fixed right away or more damage can occur....and the car wont move if it does go all the way out.

This is for a 98 T5, but it should be close enough. http://www.matthewsvolvosite.com/forums/viewtopic.php?p=93956#p93956
