First drop the tail gate. Then you'll notice a couple of small screws holding the light in place. When you remove the screws the light should pop loose and hinge open. Be careful here, there are tabs that are hooked into the bed side, you don't want to break these. The light will pop free with a little work at it. Find the socket turn signal socket and give it a 1/4 turn or so and it should pop right out. Good Luck!

Something wrong with the right rear bulb. with the front right blinking fast that is your indicator that the rear bulb is out. My first though change the rear bulb. Could be faulty or even the wrong one was placed in it. parts paces are terrible for giving out the wrong bulbs.
Just had a similar question last week, and the solution was a bad socket/bulb holder. You might try and see if there is current in the brake light wire leading to the bulb holder. I have used a jumper wire and a safety pin to test the wire behind the socket. I pierced the plastic insulation of the brake light wire with the point of the safety pin, and either use a tester or even a good working bulb and a good ground wire. Be blessed.
You should be able to remove the bulb from the rear of the headlight. Squeeze the clip and turn the socket counterclock wise to remove it. Pull out the bulb, and replace. Try not to touch the glass part of the bulb with bare fingers. The natural oil on your fingers will reduce the life of the bulb.
if these are the turn signal lights check the fuses, if they are good try the bulbs if the bulbs work in another socket then you need to replace the the multi-switch that is located on the steering column.
