Take off the plastic cowling under the hood ( few screws and clips), remove your rubber gasket that seals to hood and you should be able to see/get to the problem

The windshield washer will not shoot fluid on to windshield is it the Fuse

It may not be your fuse, your windshield fluid reservoir has a pump that when you activate the switch it pumps the fluid to spray your windshield. The fuse box should be located in the engine compartment on the left hand side or the right hand side of the engine.

Windshield wipers don't work

If the washer fluid is not pumping and they're new, something isn't connected right. They're obviously not getting power. Either that or the pumps didn't work in the first place.

2009 nissan frontier windshield washer pump won't work

Check fuse in fuse box inside vehicle,if good, then go to windshield washer pump and disconnect wiring, get meter and check if power is going to pump,if so then pump is at fault,if no power, thenwiring could be short somewhere to fuse box. Also check your washer hoses, that they are not kinked or came loose.Pump could just be loose.

On my 2008 Entourage where is the windshield wiper water pump and how do I change it?

Hi Ron, I'm not familiar with your vehicle but I believe that the front and rear have separate pumps (but I may be wrong). If I'm right I doubt that both would go out at the same time. What's more likely is that a fuse has blown and power is not going to either pump. Check the fuses.Regards John

1996 buick windshield washer will not turn on. Plenty of fluid, hoses ok, port (squirter) to windshield is not plugged. Pump is not trying to push any liquid. No blown fuses.Wipers work fine. Everything...

Have someone press or hold the washer switch and listen underhood for a small pump sound {Hum}. If you don't hear a small hum you probably need a new washer fluid pump, pretty common for this old of a car. Imagine for the last 15 years sitting in wet fluid, sometimes drying out, getting refilled, turned on and off, on and off that little pump had it's day and retired! Most auto parts stores sell inexpensive replacements. Easily come out and go back in in reverse order. Pumps are usually mounted underside of fluid tank, just follow any visible washer hose.
