Hi my question is . why does my vl rb30e keep breaking down under load
i have changed leads and plugs dizzy, coil, air flow meter, and crank angle sensor. i'm not sure what to do now that problem still exhists. thanks.
Yes, you have symptoms of ignition break down. primarily plug wires. Double check plug gap & wire gauge (7mm 8mm). Ok, Bosch air meter has two adjustments, using a very long allen wrench (thinking 5mm) insert throu removed plug forward of air boot top of housing. with engine running turn 1/4 counter clockwise, may try several adjust until performance has improved. This IS NOT a fix only a personal diaagnosis temp. this should improve engine performance. The proper fix is lenthy. If improvement is noted then let us know and we will help the permanet fix. Rick
