Re: power sterring leakage problem
Fluid can leak from the pump, hoses or the steering unit itself. any and all of these parts can be easily replaced. inspect everything first. but the hoses are usually the first to leak.
if you get new hoses make sure it comes with new seal rings and you might need to buy a flare wrench to remove the fittings.

The leak at the fire wall, do you see it coming from up high on your engine or just see it at the bottom dripping off? I would think in that area an oil pan gasket leak sounds like the usual suspect. Can't think of what would be leaking higher up unless its the block which u probably wouldn't want to think bout. The leak round your belts, where exactly is that coming from? Are you sure it's oil and not power steering fluid? the power steering pumps hose could be leaking and throwing fluid up on the pulleys while they are spinning. I'd make sure that isn't the case here. Hope I could help. I'd need more direct location of where fluid is coming from to help more accurately.
How to fix it and how much will it costs will depend on where the leak is. Best thing to do is observe on the floor the exact spot of the dripping , and then trace upwards to see where it comes from. Most common oil leakage is from improperly screwed oil filter or gasket seal on said filter. Distributor seal is another source of leakage and also valve cover gaskets. When you say "leaking" i assume it is an external leak. If oil consumption can be visible in the exhaust, such as white smoke, it is a different story altogether.
If you can please have the underside washed and put up in a lift , With the help of a good powerful light you will be able to identtfy the oil leak area. If this is from the drain of the engine, or a break in the housing, the drive shaft , unless it is observed we cannot come to a conclusion. Considering the age of the car I'm guessing failure of the main seals or piston rings. Failing piston rings would give the exhaust a blue tinge and be most noticable when reving the engine in neutral (park). It would also show up big time during an emissions test. Leaking main seals would show up as oil all over the lower parts of the engine and transmission. If your valve cover(s) are leaking it will make it difficult to determine where the oil is coming from.
I have a '90 Camry and have leaking main seals. I'm down almost two quarts each oil change if I don't stay on top of it. Not much to do in either case but rebuild the engine ($$$$$). Hope this helps.
I have a leak in my Power Steering fluid as well in my 1990 Toyota Celica, how do I identify where the leak is? - It's a fast leak, I filled it up less than 24 hours ago and it's almost completely empty, also when I make turns it makes an odd sound, which I assume is because of the leak... help please!!
