Where is the fuse located in 1998 buick lesabre to bypass security light/system

If you mean the anti-theft PASS system, it does not work that way.
You have to have power to the module, and it has to get the right signal from the key chip to start the engine.
Otherwise a car thief could start the car.

I need the firing order diagram of a 1990 Buick LeSabre? I also need to see a diagram of what wire goes to what plug? Replacing ignition coil and module ?

I would ask a buick car dealer. Someone in the service dept should know. Maybe one day you could just drop by there, go to the service dept and ask the guy at the service desk. He can pull out a service manual and in about two min. tell you everything.

You need a new blower control module. It's on top of the housing that the blower motor is in on the passenger side about 8 inches from it.
