No it is more likely the motor is no good and the fuse if fine. Jumper the motor with 12 volts and see if it runs, if it does the switch may be defective.
Most likely the pump (motor) is gone and needs replacement. However, it is worth checking that fuse allocated to windscreen washer is intact. Furthermore, you may also need to check the wiring for flow of current at lever end (handle on the steering wheel) and wires connecting to pump on the water reservoir.
Take pipe of washer pump, see if if it pumps
If not remove pump, check and clean filter ,if this model does not have fiiter, and you can hear pump and it is not pumping, replace it.
Fords have a common problem with their washer pumps. for the last 12 years ford have fitted a plastic mesh over the inlet to the washer pump, this blocks up with the build up of crystalized washer fluid. fords official protocol says to use a small sharp object the size of a pencil to peirce the mesh and allow the flow of water. Also most washer bottles can be accessed via the front wheel arch. simple undo the fixings and pull the innier plastic wheelarch out the way and pull the pump out of the bottle. they are never fixed in just wedged in.
disconnect the tubes and blow through each one to make sure nothing is in them and then take a straight pin and poke it in each hole to clear those out if no washer solution comes through then then it maybe the washer pump motor listen to hear if the pump is working while someone pushs the button
