Question about 2004 Ford F150
With mine it was on a wallet card in the owners manual case. White card blue lettering. I was lucky the previous owner left it with the truck. So if bought used it may be with the previous owner.

I had an explorer and it was on sticker in the rear compartment where the jack is. So check any conspicuious places like kicker panels, jack storage, your owners manual if you bought it brand new or used (sometimes people jot them down in there) It's a five digit numeric code. look everywhere and just try them out. Then you can personalize your code to what ever you want.
