My check engine light keeps coming on with the same code. P0455 is the code. Had dealer replace several items including the gas cap & a check valve that the dealer assurted me would fix the problem. Any suggestions?
The P0455 indicates you have a gross vacuum leak in the EVAP system.
Start at the engine and the vacuum purge valve, start checking the vacuum hoses and lines all the way back to the EVAP canister near the gas tank. Make sure no hose or lines are cracked / disconnected.
If all looks OK, let me know and we will proceed from there. Below is a schematic of the EVAP system for reference.
Good luck and let me know.

It is a common issue. There are videos here and lots of information. Don't forget that after you do a fix like repairing or replacing, you have to reset the Check Engine Light. Remove your new gas cap and spray it, and all around the filler with WD40 and clean off any residue with a clean shop cloth.
The P0455 code indicates a leak in the evaporative gas system.
A loose, improprely seated, or defective gas cap will set the code in the computer.
Insure the gas cap is on and working as it should most caps gives a ratcheting clicking sound when seated. Inspect the cap for any damage and if found replace it.
Thanks. When I get a nice day I will attempt.
