Windows and heat not working

The windows on my 2001 Oldsmobile Aurora won't move they're stuck up and my heat automatically comes on when the car is started but the heater controls won't come on.

- Three of four of the windows on my 2001 Olds V8 will not go down (luckily they became stuck on the up!). Only the drivers side window and the sun roof are currently operational. I have taken it to a repair shop and checked for fault codes but nothing is coming up.
