Location of 2007 Mecury Montego tail light fuse?

I can't find a reference to the tail light fuse in the owner's manual. My tail lights won't work but the brake lights do. Any suggestions?

The fuse is no.8 (15amp) in the interior fuse panel however it works all the park lights front and rear.

Have you checked the fuse for the tail lights? Refer to the owner's manual for location.

No rear running lights. Turn and brake lights work. what do I do

The tail lights are also called parking lights.
There is a 10amp fuse for each rear parking lamp. The fuses are in the rear fuse box. Your owner's manual will tell you where that fuse box is located.
The fuses get power from a park lamp relay.

What fuse controls the tail lights? all other lights are working except both tail lights .

look for a fuse labeled park or tail lamps in your owners manual fuse box diagram. You may have to chase a wiring issue as well.

2002 ford f250 super duity no tail or dask lights

Most likely you have a blown fuse. Check the Fuse panel first referring to the owners manual for location and Ampere Rating. I would assume that the same fuse supplies power to both the Dash Lights and Tail Lights. This is pretty much common for many vehicles. If you cannot find a blown fuse then you may well have a defective Head/Tail Light Switch. Additionally, check all Bulbs in the Tail Lights. It may also be a separated connector somewhere between the Switch and the Tail Lights. If you can't find the problem yourself I strongly suggest you contact an ASE Certified Technician in Electrical trouble shooting. Good Luck.

Where is the tail light fuse located in the panel

The fuse box is located under the hood on the driver side near the fire wall - once you remove the cover turn it over and this will show you where the fuses are that go to the tail lights.

Also please check your owners manual and also - take down the vin number - call the local deal and ask about any safety recalls. They will many times replace a fuse for nearly nothing - just to get a look at the car for reference.

Remember that some safety recalls can save you thousands of dollars and are good for the life of the car - they are associated with the car vin not the owner so no cost to you.
Best of it

Tail-light fuse burned (3)

The fuse for the taillights is located under the hood. Remove the cover and there is a diagram on the inside. Additionally, your owner's manual will help you locate it. If you don't have your owner's manual, visit for free online access to your owner's manual (the site is owned by General Motors).

The liner is much more durable that it appears. You should be able to fold the liner back enough to unscrew the three bolts holding the tail light unit.

2007 mercury montego rear light fuse keeps blowing

You need to be more specific about which rear light blows the fuse(interior, stop or tail). If the car has an aftermarket alarm or autostart I would look there first, they are usually installed poorly and create these types of problems.
