The best thing to do is just replace it. it is very inexpensive and for the year it is it's probably neccesary. it's really hard to tell if it's clogged because gas will still flow.

Hello, I have seen a lot of these vans back fire because of bad plugs. The reason being two of the back spark plugs are very hard to get to and when a lot of shops did a tune up they don't replace them. So it probably needs them 2 plugs changed for sure.
