When trying to start the car, it cranks but it won't start. I turn the key on without trying to start the car and I can't hear the fuel pump at all. Could it be a fuse or the pump itself?

Could be a fuse or a relay or fuel system gunk in cold weather!
Try a can of Starter fluid sprayed in the air filter!
If it starts and stays running it could be just gunk or junk in the gas tank!
Do you ride til the tanks empty?
If so fill the tank with high test or just get the starter fluid and some expensive ($10) fuel system cleaner to add to your tank and try it again!
If this doesn't work look for a bad relay or fuse at your local auto parts store. Advance Auto Parts is my favorite....they will probably tell you where the relay is located and may let you return it if it doesn't work. They're very helpful!
