The oil filter is located under the vehicle usually on the engine block towards the front of the vehicle, sometimes they can be on the rear of the engine block as well. if you take a look under the car and look up into the engine bay you will find it! you need to jack the front end up and make sure you have the car on jackstands with the parking brake on. in case you didn't know, you also have to remove the drain plug and let the old oil out. drain plug is located on the oil pan. any other questions, just ask!

I need to know where is the oil presure switch of a 2003 ford windstar 3.8l

On a 1996 3.8 L Should be under the power steering on the block. Looking at the pulleys on the right side just above the oil pan. This would involve removing the pwr steering punp and hoses.

I don't know if a 2003 is different.. You could inspect the area visually to check it.

To get to replace it...
96 - 98 windstar 3.8 oil pressure switch is located under power steering pump. Remove serpentine belt and alternator. Remove PS pump pulley with special puller to get access to PS pump bolts. Drain PS pump and remove PS hoses. Remove PS pump.

I dont know how reasonable, but your safest bet, will be from the dealer...if you get this part aftermarket, it may cost you more in the long run...

Oil filter

The oil filter should be located on the left hand side on the bottom right above a bar connected to the frame. You will have to have van jacked up to see it right away. Not really hard to get to, just tight area.
