Ok since you said you changed the plug and coil pack, start with the injector wire harness and look it over for any shorts or grounds, also make sure the terminals on the no.2 injector connector aren't loose. if you have access to a noid light you can check to make sure the injector is pulsing. check the no.2 plug wire as well. swap it with another wire if you can and see if the miss follows the plug wire. if those fail to solve your problem and the misfire remains on the no.2 cyl, try swapping an injector. if that also fails then you may have a problem with the cyl head.

What about changing the wires ? or just the no.2 with one of the other ones just to see if it changes the missfire ?

97 blazer is missing from take off at 1000rpm to 2000 then clears out code reader says o2 sencor and multable engine missfire

For the misfires, start by pulling your plugs. They either need to be cleaned or replaced if questionable. Then, you may have a bad coil or coil pack. You can test them with a multi-tester-you'll want resistance values that are specific for your vehicle. Alternatively, you can switch the coil packs around (if you know you have a good one from knowing which cylinders are misfiring and which are firing o.k.) If your misfires change cylinder numbers from swapping, you know you had a bad coil. Other possibilities for misfire could be the electronic ignition module or the pick-up coil inside the distributor(if you even have a distrib.)
FYI: code for o2 sensor means that circuit has a malfunction, may be the sensor itself, or a wiring problem. Good luck.

P0302 cylinder misfire i change the spack plug but this still on ?

Galsense,

You didnt mention whether or not you cleared the codes. Typically you can clear the ECU codes by disconnecting the battery for a few mins and putting it back on. Otherwise you need to use a code reader to clear the codes. The code will not just fix itself once the problem is resolved. You need to clear the codes and then see if the check engine light/code comes back.

On a side, note the misfire can be caused by a few different things. However first reset the codes and see what happens

Good luck.

My Sentra is overheating. I changed the Thermostat before taking it to the local Autozone and have the check engine light checked out. Well I was told there after scanning the computer that it is a MISFIRE...

First step is new plugs. It's possible that you have a fouled #1 plug. If that doesn't work, check spark wires (if the car is so equipped) or if it has direct coil-on-plug ignition, where each cylinder has a coil pack on top of the plug, swap the coil packs between cylinders 1 and 2. Clear the code, run the car, and rescan the computer. If the code moves to indicate cylinder 2 misfiring, then your coil pack needs to be replaced.
