Take heater core out without draing air conditioner

I doubt it.
In most cases the dash has to be removed as well as the HVAC assembly which would include the evaporator.

Need to replace heater core I need to replace my heater core and want to know the best way to do it

You will have to remove the entire dash assembly and then remove the air conditioning/heater case and this will enable you to have access replace the heater core, this is a really tough job did it 3 or 4 times while working at a Ford dealer, took 10 hours and I had allot of experience, unless you have allot of tech savvy I would pay someone to do it, I would, and I am a Professional mechanic.
