this is a list of all the check engine light codes, and it looks like its your water temperature sensore. its right under the distributor and has two wires comming out of it. and that website that link takes you to covers your type of honda(cb7 or 90-93 accord) from top to bottom, so i recommend you register and use the website to solve any other problems you might have on your car. hope this helps. goodluck.
You should not have a maintenance light, as those appeared on the 1998 model Accords and up. My old 1996 Accord had an indicator in the gauge cluster which showed either green or red. To reset it, if you looked beside the indicator, you would see a slot to put your key in to reset the indicator.
Try Spraying starting fluid into the intake if it starts then dies again you have a fuel delivery problem if it doesnt start then check for spark at the plug wires . If you know for sure that you are getting fuel and have spark both then it could be in the timing belt. But check for these two first.
You have gone past the operating parameters of the computer sensors that measure air flow and manifold pressures There are many websites that deal with honda mods like yours, and likely you will find a cure there. I know there is a map sensor modification that can be made on Jeeps with the same items you have added, likely yours can be done as well. Try google and just type in honda forums and see what comes up.
