Question about 1994 Chrysler LeBaron
At the base of the shift lever (in the console) of my 1994 Chrysler LeBaron convertible there is a plastic sliding strip that seperates the interior from the transmission. It is begining to crack & break up. I currently have it held together with black electrical tape but I know eventually I'll be engoying a view of the transmission as I drive in the sunshine! Does anyone have any suggestions on how to fix this problem?
Thanks in advance, Bob
The strip is part of the shifter bezel and should still be available from the dealer. Bezel just pops up and you'll have to remove the shift handle by loosening the set screw.
