FUSE BOX CONNECTION OR PARK SWITCH TO TELL THEM TO GO DOWN. I HAVE THE SAME ISSUE THAT I REPEATED BY SMACKING THE FUSE BOX AND THEY CAME ON AND NEVER WENT OFF (AFTER I FINALLY GOT THEM OFF 2 MONTHS LATER). THEY SHOULD RECALL THE PIECE OF SOMETHING! #2 IS THE CIRCUIT BOARD OF YOUR INSTRUMENT CLUSTER (YOUTUBE HAS A VIDEO ON IT).

The intermittent function for the wipers has a variable resistor that controls the timing of the wipers in this mode. Replacement of the wiper switch will resolve this issue. Over time they do become worn, and do not make contact during the entire wiper cycle.

Windshield wipers working on low speed only and windshield washer not working intermitant wipe is working rear wiper/washer is working

You may want to check the switch of the wiper if there are loose connections or it may need cleaning. If that checks out ok, you may want to proceed to check the relay if it is faulty or the connection is loose. Otherwise inspect the wiper motor and the assembly for physical signs of damages.

You may have a loose connection or more than likely a worn switch. This is probably a unitzed switch for the wipers and turn signals

Windshield wipers don't work

Ok, this is a steering column issue. The wiring needs to be replaced. Shouldn't cost much at all. also, the external switch may have issues as well but, i suggest you re wire your steering column to fix this problem.

2000 Jeep Cherokee Windshield Washer

You have a motor for the front and rear washer. Check the fuses. If the intermitted wipers does not work, there is a relay under the dash near the steering colum that needs to be replaced.
