I have a 1999 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited 4X4 and its in great condition, but out of the blue it will just just not start. Today I drove the car, parked it with no problem, went to turn the Jeep on again and it wouldn't turn over. The heat and radio work and the battery is brand new. I have no idea what would be wrong with it. It has happened two other times in the past 6 months and it was just a relay. Could that be the same? Or is there something I am missing? Please help!
It could be anything. Seriously, there is no way that anyone here can diagnose your problem over the keyboard. I say recheck your fuses and relays and if that is okay then you need a mechanic.

If you still have a cap rotor and ignition wires, it's inside the distributor. If not, it is the part where the distributor used to be (center rear of the engine behind the intake manifold)
pull belt off and turn pulleys until u find bad one. first start jeep with belt off and make sure its not in motor. check power steering fluid. dont leave motor running for 2 long with belt off
