The heater blower on my 1999 Ford ZX2 just stopped working. It is on same fuse as the wipers and they still work. I took out the 30 amp circuit breaker above the fuse box and it is good. My next step is to remove the blower and hook it straight to the battery to check it out unless someone has another suggestion. Thanks.

Those circuits get power thru the key switch. Are the fuses getting power ?

in the interior fuse box,it is a 30 amp fuse

fuse box ... black long relay

plugged heater core would be my suspect.

30 amp circuit breaker on left side of fuse panel. see your owner manual.

Check the connector at the resistor. Tips linked here.

Disconnect blower motor & try another fuse....if it don't blow fuse then blower motor shorting out..

the most likely cause of this problem is the wiper switch.
