The heater blower on my 1999 Ford ZX2 just stopped working. It is on same fuse as the wipers and they still work. I took out the 30 amp circuit breaker above the fuse box and it is good. My next step is to remove the blower and hook it straight to the battery to check it out unless someone has another suggestion. Thanks.

I had the same problem and i did about 3 hours of research and bought a ohm meter got ready to pull it out and i wiggled a wire witch if i remember corectly was the relay harness and it started to blow it was just a bad conection it worked fie after that every one in a while i have to stick my hand under the passenger side and find the harnes and wiggle it back into place hope that helps

Its pretty common for your blower resistors to go out then you usually loose all speeds but high, it could be that your blower relay is bad, testing the blower on a battery would be the next step in diagnosing the problem you are having

If the blower tests good, plug a test light into the connector and see if it lights.
