It is common in cavaliers and malibus but i would check the radiator (maybe even flush it) it might help, and i would repace coolant with DEX-COOL.

2001 f-150 oil pressure gage indictates no pressure at start up

Remove the oil pressure sending unit and have a test gauge hooked up and see if the sending unit is defective. If you really have low pressure the engine should be making lots of noises.

96 chevy c1500. Temp does not get above 100 in the morning for 12 miles or so. Then in the afternoon in comes up. WHY

My first guess would be a faulty thermostat assuming the cooling system is full of fluid.

I have a 1996 Chevy Blazer and the gas gauge is broken. Do you have any idea how many miles the car can go on one tank of gas?

I beleive you would have a 17 gallon gas tank, so if you get about 15-20 mpg, I'd say between 250-350 miles. I'd go with the 250 to be on the safe side.

Confused

if the cylinders arent getting lubed the engine will seize and youll know it. if you smell antifreeze thru the vents its probably your heater core, gone bad. lube job is usually oilchange, grease fittings, trans flush mabey. what rear main seal is leaking exactly?

1996 Plymouth Grand Voyager Fuel Gage issue

It sounds like the fuel level sending unit located on the fuel pump is malfunctioning. The solution for this is to have it replaced. You can do this yourself but I wouldn't recommend it as the vehicle needs to be lifted and the fuel tank needs to be dropped out. This can be preformed for about 100-150 in most shops.
