Do you mean you can not move the shift lever? If so when you push down the brake pedal do you hear the shfit lock out solenoid move (click)? If not then check power to the shift lock out solenoid (fuse). Hope this is helpful.
check for fuses under the hood? and I think that the wires are memory illumination power and acc./ ant. probably a momentary hot controlled by the radio itself. used for factory amplifiers and electric antenna. so you should have... the constant hot (memory) only hot when lights are on (ill.) only hot when radio is turned on (amp / ant) and switched. thats why I think there must be a fuse under the hood I'll look for a diagram and post back. what I find
