The correct plug is the one next to the drivers side transaxel .Remove the red cap at the top and fill it with dexron 3 until it runs out, with the engine running and the selecter in drive with the handbrake on

allow the fluid to cool down completely then check the level on the dip stick. This problem comes from excessive level in the box and some may have to be drained out.

TO CHECK TRANMISION OIL YOU NEED TO OPEN A PLUG AT THE LEFT AXEL AT THE TRANSMISION THE TOP PLUG TO VERIFIED LEVEL AND THE LOWER PLUG TO DRAIN TRANSMISION OIL.

if there is no dip stick you will not be able to check it the ez way .on some of the newer car are like the stander tran . you have to take a plug outand stick your finger in to feel the fluided.ok thank you for your time

Oil collects in the spark plug well of my 2000 daewoo nubira.


oil in your sparkplug well is usually a badly fitted rocker gasket and is quite easy to replace, if yu undo all visible nuts from top of exterior of rocker gasket then lift top off, then peel old gasket off and replace with clean new one, making sure all old oil residues are wiped clean first. your probs shoudl go away then.
