Question about 2006 Toyota Corolla
Whenever I unlock my car (2006 Toyota Corolla S), I get 4 beeps from the horn. I was driving it three days ago, when it started this, and then the car turned off all lights and started honking (security system right?). I canceled the alarm, but it still keeps beeping every time I unlock my car. I can't get my alarm system to reset/ turn off!

SOURCE: Horn alarm randomly beeps
Make sure to check all doors, the trunk latch, and the hood to ensure that they are shut. I have looked up your 2006 Chevy Malibu and there has been a lot of people complaining about the alarm system and it going off. There is a TBS (Technical Service Bulletin) out for your car. The TBS says that the Faulty Door Sensor. Take it to your local dealership and tell him what I found for you and they should get you a quote on how much it would cost to repair it.
Thank you for using Fix Ya!

I can get you a diagram on monday but it goes from the alternator to the power steering pump then around the tensioner pulley then around the crank pulley then to the a/c compressor then pull on the tensioner to give you some slack and slip it on the waterpump.I hope that helps.Let me know if you still need the diagram

Check the wires are connect to the horn properly and not worked loose, if they are ok then you need a new horn,
Hope this helps

you may have to disconnect the battery for a minute or so ,this will reset the alarm. check your remote it does have a battery in it. otherwise you have to look for a fuse somewhere under the dash close to the fuse box.each one is diff. depending if it original toyota or aftermarket alarm.
