I suggest you check your fuel pressure and your Mass Air Flow Sensor (MAF). The fuel pumps and the MAF often fail causing these symptoms, but there may be other issues too. could be a bad outer tie rod end or lower ball joint on the front suspension, to check jack up wheel (suspension supported) grasp tire and move back and forth, if you feel loosness you have a worn component. if there is no looseness then you have either an bad wheel bearing (excessive runnout) or defective rotors

did you replace All discs front and rear? if not , replace the ones that you previously didnt

check tranny fluid.if fluid level is correct.change fluid and filter if its been a long while.if it still wont go into gear.your tranny oil pump is worn.and the forward clutch seals and drive plates worn.

I have a 2001 Volvo XC70 The rear wiper in the inttermitant mode does not operate properly I have replaced the relay M16 in the rear cargo compartment, but the problem still persisits. Is there another relay somewehere else?

think this is the first of the dealer only autos their is no filler tube it can only be accesed from under the car
