There is a assemble in the steering column that houses the flasher button and the turn signals. the ford dealer will have that part, but it will be expensive, not sure if it will be carried in an aftermarket store or not. try on line with, rockauto dot com

Turn signal indicators do not work on my 1999 Ford Expedition. Emergency light works fine

I dont mean to sound condescending, but first check fuses... if theyre fine check bulbs... then flasher relays... if all checks fine you have a wiring problem and need to do a complete trace.

Fuse keeps blowing out

The parking lights, dash lights, turn signals, and hazard flasher should be 4 different circuits.
So you would need to know exactly what that fuse protects, then look for the short to ground.

Turn signal flasher keeps blowing

This is more than likely caused by a Bad Turn Signal Switch Housing inside the Sterring column. The one that the Handle is attached to and Wraps around the Sterring Shaft on the Inside of the Column.
