2006 chevy uplander inst. cluster lights

I have a few lights out on my uplander inst. cluster and am wondering if I can replace them or are they LED lights that are soldered to a board on the cluster, and does the entire cluster need to be replaced?

Check on ebay, I had the same prob with mine, 3 lights blew out. Check 2006 chevy uplander inst. cluster lights - s.gif12v_electronics, NEW MERCEDES VW BMW DASH INSTRUMENT CLUSTER BULBS 1.5W. This is where i bought mine and have not had any prob. No dealer or parts house will carry this bulb seperate.

How do i replace the led light in the instrument cluster for the turn signal

normally its not the LED that goes out, its one of the 3 resistors along the edge of the circuit board that burns out , Chevy won't fix them, they say replace the entire cluster, however, if you have the blue connectors that house the bulbs,, you can get replacement bulbs very close to the ones in the vehicle at any radio shack, I had mine soldered in by a TV repair guy for 10 bucks

try unhooking battery for a few minutes and see if resets system unlikely it will work but worth a shot. will most likely have to get it out with tweezers or a pick. when you do see if it is warped this would cause it to hang up

Calipers are sticking

There is a reason that Chevy only made this vehicle for a few years,,, I couldnt get them to fix anything like that. When you replace the parts,, use a full can of brake cleaner on the pins and slides so that they move freely. After that, use a proper brake lube to lube the pins before you put it all back together.
