2002 grand prix heater whines when turning on the heat. Now no noise, but the blower is not pushing heat out the vents. What could this be?

I would say your motor went out and the door under the dash is not opening. Follow cable and or vacuum lines . If you have a hand vacuum pump try pumping on the vacuum actuators to see if doors move or if cable is opening doors after you replace motor

1999 Pontiac Grand Prix GTP and when the blower fan comes on it screams like a little girl, but only for a few seconds and then quits. Got any suggestions ?

The bushings in the motor are wearing out. It's time to start thinking about replacing it. It won't quit on you right away but it will only get worse and winter is coming.Better to replace it at your convenience than wait for it to go. Hope this helps.

I have a 2003 GTP and at times the heater fan stops working and now the display unit quits working and it says the fuel is low but I have 3/4 of a tank

I believe that these are two separate problims. The Heater fan stops working because the blower motor resistor block is bad. This is a common problem on the 03 Grand Prix. You'll need to remove the blower and replace the resistor block. The blower is under the center of the drivers onsole.

My A/C is squeeking and I need to replace it. Can someone give me instructions on how to replace the A/C Fan Motor?

The Blower Fan is located under the glove compartment on the passenger side. You have to take out the three plugs holding the carpet on then you can see the blower motor. Take off the three screws holding on the blower motor, disconnect the wire harness then just do every thing in reverse to put the new one back in!!!

Good luck and hope this helps.

Location of blower motor on 2002 grand prix gtp

Is the blower motor working? if not have you tried checking for a bad fuse. If the blower motor is working and you just aren't getting in warm air you may be low on coolant or maybe your thermostat is sticking. Trying checking these 1st if you haven't already. hope this has been some help.
