U can't replace parts of seat belts, u either must buy an entire belt assembly or find a used one, which I don't recommend, the reason they don't sell parts is safety related.

The male end of my seatbelt won't lock into the male end?

Check for something stuck in the female end or where it plugs in, if it is clean then you will likely have to change it.

2006 grand cherokee seat belt

Have the same problem in my 98 Toyota Rav4. I squirted the female buckle (bolted to seat, not holding strap harness) with wannabe WD-40 lubricant from the $1 store, and it seem to have solved the problem. I'm guessing the spring mechanism is worn out, which is why the harness buckle won't lock. Another solution is to replace the female lock buckle with an identical part from the used parts junkyard store.

The seatbelt light on the dash stays "on," even when everyone has their belt on, but I don't bother servicing that. If yours have an audible alarm instead of an indicator light on the dash, locate the source of the alarm sound and disconnect the wires to silence the sound.

On my 91 civic all the seatbelts are fastened and the seatbelt light still flashs and the warning beeper is beeping how can i resolve this prob.?

My guess, the switch that is in the female end of the drivers side seat belt. The switch is bad or it's come unpluged or it's corroded. It's hard to get at without pulling the seat (four bolts and a harness plug). The plug for the seatbelt plug is usually under the carpet but if you pop off the plastic cover over the bolt that holds the female end of the belt to the car body there is usually enough slack in the wire to pull it up enough to see if the plug or wire is broken or corroded. If not, pull the bolt (it will be lock-tited in so it will come out hard). If the wire looks good, ground the lead wire (wire that goes to the drivers side female end of the setbelt). If the light goes out the switch in the female end of the belt is bad. If it still does,t go out, well I'd have to be there to troubleshoot it further.
Hope this helps.

Had to cut wires attached to female seatbelt receptacle to replace seatbelt and now dim headlight on that side(passenger side) won't work. How do I splice to get headlight to work again?

Check your ground wire going to that headlight - I have had to run a new wire in the past, just went to a good ground spot on the car and ran it to the black wire on the headlight plug, making sure you cut that wire loose from the car side of the plug.

The seatbelt sometimes gets stuck and won't release. My kids try to buckle and sometimes it works and other times it doesn't.

Spray a little of WD-40 into the female end of the belt assembly. Wrap it in a clean cloth to prevent over spray, and try working the male end into the female connector. You may have to do this several times to achieve a positive result. Otherwise you may have to replace the entire seat belt assembly.

2003 Crown Victoria-Position of seatbelt female buckle hurts me.

Can they be poked down and then brought up where you say? I had this on a lincoln town car and they were long enough without an extension. The mounting bolts are really made in only one spot usually and are very importantly secured. You could always just buy a female strap without any plastic on it and run it whever you want. A lot of RV places carry them :>) Hope this helps.
