Likely you don't have the blade arms adjusted properly. Also, make sure that the motor has a good ground or it will not "park" when turned off.

Does the wiper motor have a module that you can replace or do you have to buy a new motor on a 2002 Pontiac Bonneville?

The only module that may be tied into the wiper motor is the body control module and failure rate on these is low. What are the symptoms? Wipers not working? Wipers won't park? Motor runs but wipers won't move?

How to replace a 99 se Bonneville windshield wiper motor

Windshield wiper motors are generally easy to replace. You need to remove the windshield wipers and take off the small grill panel above the hood and under the windshield. You should see the motor in there. It simply unbolts and unplug the electrical connector and replace it with a new one.

2000 bonneville wipers wouldnt turn off replaced motor with a used one from junkyard.worked for a while now wipers stop going all the way up

I would pull the motor assembly again and cycle the wipers by hand to get the blade assembly back to park horizontal position then re install. This is common when replacing the motor that the nylon gear assembly in the motor was not in horizontal park position

Winshield wipers wont work

Hi Cindy,

It sounds like the gears in your wiper motor are stripped. The fix would be to replace the wiper motor.

99 yukon brake lights will not work, repllaced brake light switch still wont work

Had the same problem on my Yukon, I had to get the winshield wiper switch (controls cruise control, turn signal, and winshield wipers) replaced. This switch controls the hazards as well.

My 2000 Pontiac Bonneville wipers wont shut off and the handle is on the off position. what can that be?

if you look under the hood, locate the wiper motor. on the front are 3 torx head(star) screws holding a black cover abount 4' x 4'. once you unscrew those, look inside, that is your wiper module. very common for these to act this way. replace it. the dealer usually carries this in stock.
