What have the Garages done for you?

Are you adding Water or Antifreeze after the water gets out of the radiator?

If your adding Antifreeze are you diluting or mixing it properly for your area?

My 1991 nissan terrano overheats going up hill. I have replaced radiator. thermostat and water pump. Any suggestions welcome

if it has a viscous fan hub( fan clutch ) check it for correct operation
what you describe indicates that the fan is not travelling as fast as it should to be pulling air through the radiator
other indications are temp rising at stop lights , temp rising in slow moving traffic or in your case loaded ( going up hill)with higher engine rpm

My partners 2003 Nissan Presage high temperature light comes on only when we climb a significant hill and goes off when we level off. Any thoughts.

Coolant/water pump, residue in the engine or radiator, radiator isn't clean on the out side(too many bugs or dirt). 13 years old and can't handle the stress.

1985 Sentra, car is getting hot...changed thermostat, water pump, radiator cap...HELP car is still getting hot!

Check the dipstick and underside of oil filler cap for signs of oil/coolant mixture(chocolate milk). If so, bad news, you have signs of a blown head gasket. Also make sure your radiator isn't plugged. You can check this by running your hand along the surface of the radiator when warm, with the engine off of course. You should not feel any cold spots. I'm assuming your cooling fan(s) are working.

Heating nissan sentra 1995

Have you checked to see if the thermostat is functioning correctly and is not jammed shut. That would cause overheating.

1995 sentra heat problem.i done the head and replaced the water pump and redaitor cap and just had the head skimmed when i go on a hill its heating

Did you change the thermostat. It might be stuck halfway open. When you start to go up a hill, the engine heats up more, the thermostat needs to open more, to let more coolant by to the radiator.

I have a 1984 BB20 4 cylinder diesel coaster bus that is overheating on hills. the radiator has been rodded out and is in excellent condition, the viscus fan clutch has been replaced, the thermostat and...

It could be the water pump. First check and make sure the water pump drive belt is tensioned properly and not slipping. To test the pump, warm up the engine and let it idle. using your rag covered hand, squeeze shut the top radiator hose then release. You should be able to feel a surge of coolant as you release your hold. No surge? Probably a bad water pump. Corrosion between the pump shaft and the impeller blades can cause the blades to slip on the shaft, reducing the efficiency of the pump. Or the blades themselves can rust away and reduce the efficiency.

you might want to have a radiator shop run a flow test on the radiator to make sure it isn't partially plugged up. it is almost impossible to guestimate if it is plugged up partially without a flow meter. and on most computer controled engines the sensors depend on the thermostat to keep the temperature within the operating range of the sensors.
