The fewl pump relay is located in the bottom part of the fuse box under the hood. It is labeled on the cover where it is. It is one of the big black square s usually taped to the one above it. Cost is about fifteen bucks at advance auto.

Why not ? did you pull the fuel tank out . Or you can't figure out how to get the locking ring off . An you may want to watch this video on testing a GM fuel pump electrical circuit . Not to say you did but a lot of people on here assume it's the fuel pump replace it without testing the electrical circuit . GM Fuel Pump Relay Testing
fuel pump relay is in engine compartment on drivers side under the flap the two relays that are together ,it is the bottom relay,,u cant by pass.if relay is good ,if it clicks when turning over and key on and off (it should click and go off if key is turned on) then use a test light and ground it find wires going to top of tank and probe wire have some one turn key on ,it should light up test light and go off ,if this happens ,replace fuel pump
When the car has the crank/no start, at that point see which is missing. Test for fuel and spark. I think it has to do with fuel, a tired fuel pump or relay. But remember to check the oil sending unit. If it fails it will shut down the fuel system.
The fuel pump relay is located behind of the glove box. The fuel pump fuse is located in the same box (Relay Center). The fuel pump relay is either the 2nd or 3rd one down in the 2nd row. You may want to check your computer codes and make sure it is not your ECM or BCM as they can shut down ones fuel pump too.
