You did not indicated when the squeek occurs. If you turn the steering wheel and there is a dry squeek look at the tie rod ends. If you bounce the truck and the squeek is heard look at the stabilizer bar bushings {most common cause } If this is the cause, lubing them is a temporary fix they should be replaced.

I changed the lower ball joint on a ford explore and now have vibration in front end. Does it even sitting still

Could be your anti lock brake pump. If it clicks on, it will cause a vibrating. Try unplugging it and see if it goes away. Just follow the lines from the master cyl to the unit. If nothing, check all the moving parts, fan, harm bal, motor and ****** mounts ect. A ball joint would not cause a vibration while parked. But while parked, you have to look at what is moving to cause the vibration.heater blower motor, alternator, ect

What causes squeeking on a 1997 ford explorer in the front

Does it happen while the drive belt is moving? I have an incessant squeak on my Taurus from the a/c compressor. If it sounds like a cricket, it could be your brakes.
