You connect it at the fuse box at the kick panel on the driver side beneath the steering wheel there you will find the fuse box the diagram is on the back of the fuse cover you can connect it there or if you have a wiere harness for an after market stereo than it should be there it's usually a blue wire

How are you determining that it's over heating ? Temp. Gauge ? Do the cooling fans turn on ? 5 different mechanics ? Did any of them hook up a scan tool , to see what the coolant temp is . Use a inferred temp tool to see what it shows for temp.

Remote starter only allows my starter to turn over twice; needs at least 3 with my key. How to adjust to have it starter run longer on remote?

I know you are looking to have the remote starter run a third time but I would say you need to look at your Fuel Pressure Regulator on the Scion. Sounds like it is not holding fuel pressure at the fuel rail and that is why it requires a third Crank

Where is the fuse for the radio on a 2006 Scion XB

Inside the cabin on the driver side there is a small plastic cover next to the hood release. Pull that cover off and it is the 3rd or 4th fuse down on the far left. It should be a 15amp fuse.

Warning lights won't go off.

You need to have a code scanner hooked to the car to find out why the lights are on, if there is an auto zone or advanced auto near you, go there and ask them if they can hook one up, or call around to see who can do it.

No they do not, but if you have an Aux plug in the front of the player, which some XB's come with, then you would just use that instead of tearing out your original player
